One of the more unique Bf109F tails was created for Hans Von Hahn, which featured a yellow rudder with mottling. No existing picture is clear on the exact "look", so some artistic liberties were taken. We hope Von Hahn's colors were done justice. Distinctive on this scoreboard are the 3 balloon kills and the 3 kills "on the ground". The balloons may have been barrage balloons, which were frequently seen in photos from the Battle of Britain
From Wikipedia: "Reputedly, he was later relieved of (his) command and confined to quarters in June 1942 under somewhat mysterious circumstances relating to the shooting of a sentry."
Von Hahn finished with 300 missions and 31 kills, and did survive the war.
